INTERVENTION: Fu's subcutaneous needling:Fu's subcutaneous needling intervention;Placebo Fu's subcutaneous needling:Placebo Fu's subcutaneous needling intervention; CONDITION: cervicogenic dizziness PRIMARY OUTCOME: carotid hemodynamics; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Dizziness visual analogue scale;Measurement of cervical range motion;Pain pressure threshold of middle scalene ;Young's modulus in shear wave elastic imaging; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1)Age between 18‐60 years old, male or female. (2)Dizziness associated with pain or stiffness of the neck. (3)Cervical trauma history and abnormal cervical structure: cervical spine joint dysfunction, degenerative change of cervical spine, or abnormal hemodynamic changes of vertebral or carotid artery shown by ultrasound or magnetic resonance angiography. (4)Participants who are voluntarily to take part in this study and sign the informed consent form.
