INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Mucosal vibration using Face Massager: Mucosal vibration was provided using a face massager positioned extraorally adjacent to the injection site. The device was activated one minute before local anesthetic administration and continued during and after infiltration with 2% lignocaine containing 1:80,000 adrenaline. Intervention2: Mucosal vibration using Electronic Toothbrush: Mucosal vibration was provided using a battery‐operated electronic toothbrush positioned extraorally adjacent to the injection site. The device was activated one minute before local anesthetic administration and continued during and after infiltration with 2% lignocaine containing 1:80,000 adrenaline. Control Intervention1: Conventional Local Anesthetic Administration: Local anesthetic administration was performed using the conventional infiltration technique with 2% lignocaine containing 1:80,000 adrenaline without application of any vibratory device. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K029‐ Dental caries, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pain perception during local anesthetic administration assessed using the Wong Baker Faces Pain Rating ScaleTimepoint: at Baseline local anesthetic administration SECONDARY OUTCOME: Anxiety level assessed using the Venham Anxiety Rating Scale & hemodynamic changes like pulse rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation ; ; Timepoint: At Baseline local anesthetic administration Behavioural response assessed using the Sound, Eye, Motor SEM Scale ; ; ; Timepoint: At Baseline local anesthetic administration Clinical acceptability and feasibility of face massager and electronic toothbrush as vibration‐assisted pain control techniquesTimepoint: At completion of the procedure. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Medically fit children aged between 6 to 8 years Mentally capable of communication Children requiring local anesthetic administration infiltration for pulp therapy in the maxillary arch Children with Frankl behavior rating positive or definitely positive Children whose parents provide informed written consent
