INTERVENTION: Amiodarone group:During rewarming, 0.15g of amiodarone was injected through a CPB oxygenator;Control group:When rewarming, 5mL of 0.9% sodium chloride injection was injected through a CPB oxygenator.; CONDITION: Cardiopathy PRIMARY OUTCOME: The incidence rate of VISmax > 15 points 24 hours after the operation;Postoperative utilization rate of mechanical assisted circulation devices (ECMO and/or IABP); SECONDARY OUTCOME: Heart rhythm after re‐beating; The time from the opening of the ascending aorta to the restoration of sinus rhythm;Maintenance time of sinus rhythm; The occurrence of arrhythmias within 3 days after the operation includes: supraventricular arrhythmia, ventricular tachycardia, and ventricular fibrillation; The usage rate of temporary pacemakers from after cardiac re‐beating to within 72 hours after surgery;Postoperative mechanical ventilation duration;Postoperative ICU monitoring time;Postoperative ICU monitoring time, postoperative hospital stay and total hospital stay; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.The age on the day of the operation should be between 18 and 80 years old. 2.Persistent atrial fibrillation was diagnosed by 12‐lead electrocardiogram or 24‐hour ambulatory electrocardiogram. 3.Undergo simple heart valve surgery or coronary artery bypass grafting under CPB.
