INTERVENTION: Propofol group:Maintenance of anesthesia with intravenous propofol;Sevoflurane group:Maintenance of anesthesia with inhaled sevoflurane; CONDITION: Hip fracture PRIMARY OUTCOME: Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) 1 hour after surgery; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Acute kidney injury;Plasma renin concentration;Plasma arginine‐vasopressin concentration;Serum creatinine;Serum cystatin C;Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) 24 hour after surgery;Urinary sodium concentration;Urine volume;Neutrophil gelatinase‐associated lipid transport protein; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Age = 60 years; ASA class I‐III; patients scheduled for elective hip surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.
