INTERVENTION: Behavioral : Control Group * Intervention Name: Oral Health Education * Intervention Details: Conducted customized audio‐visual oral health education for older adults under the guidance of a professional oral health instructor. Utilized models and personal toothbrushes to provide theoretical explanation and individual practice correction for the 'Modified Bass Method', a proper toothbrushing technique. Also educated participants on oral exercise programs (gum‐chewing training, salivary gland stimulation via oral massage, lip and tongue muscle strengthening via mouth gymnastics, etc.) to prevent oral dryness and promote salivary secretion, and distributed home instruction guides. * Dose/Frequency/Duration: Visited a total of 3 times at 4‐week intervals over 3 months, with each session conducted for approximately 30–40 minutes in the same environment. Intervention Group 1 * Intervention Name: Oral Health Education and Self‐Monitoring via Plaque Disclosing Agent * Intervention Details: Completed the same oral health education program (Modified Bass Method and oral exercises) as the control group. Additionally, provided 'Plaque Check Gargle Solution (Plaque Disclosing Agent)' and a user manual to visually identify dental plaque and enhance self‐oral care competency. Instructed participants to gargle with the solution for 20 seconds after meals once a week, directly check the stained areas (remaining plaque areas) in a mirror, recognize parts they usually missed, and apply the proper toothbrushing method. * Dose/Frequency/Duration: Conducted 3 visit‐education sessions at 4‐week intervals over 3 months, while concurrently performing self‐staining monitoring once a week during the intervention period. Intervention Group 2 * Intervention Name: Combined In CONDITION: Factors influencing health status and contact with health services PRIMARY OUTCOME: Dental Plaque Index (Rustogi's Modification of Navy Plaque Index, RMNPI) SECONDARY OUTCOME: Oral Health Behaviors (9 items: perceived oral health, toothache experience, brushing frequency/time, chewing discomfort, speech difficulty, regular oral checkups, dental visits, reasons for non‐visits, oral hygiene aids used) Sociodemographic Characteristics (4 items: gender, age, education level, monthly household income) INCLUSION CRITERIA: ?
