A study comparing two methods of inserting a breathing tube in patients undergoing heart and chest surgery and their effects on blood pressure and heart rate.

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Video laryngoscopy: Tracheal intubation will be performed using a video laryngoscope in patients undergoing elective cardiothoracic surgery under general anaesthesia. Hemodynamic responses to tracheal intubation will be recorded and compared with the control group. Control Intervention1: Direct laryngoscopy: Tracheal intubation will be performed using a conventional Macintosh direct laryngoscope in patients undergoing elective cardiothoracic surgery under general anaesthesia. Hemodynamic responses to tracheal intubation will be recorded and compared with the intervention group.
