INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Red Light Exposure: The red LED light exposure will be administered in a darkened room during school hours between 9‐11 am. Each participant will receive 30 minutes of red LED light exposure per session. The red light used for the intervention will be emitted by Vishay‐manufactured red LED bulbs with a wavelength of 630nm. The energy dose administered is 7.2J/cm2 per day, which corresponds to a light power density of 1mW/cm2for 120 minutes. During this 30 minutes intervention of red light to maintain engagement and ensure a calm environment, storytelling sessions will be conducted by the investigator. Control Intervention1: Cognitive Behavior Therapy: This includes storytelling by the investigator for 30 minutes between 9‐11am. CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: Weschlers intelligence test ; Stroop colour test ; Trail making test ; Corsi block tapping test ; Timepoint: Pre assessments‐ day 0 before giving the intervention ; Post assessments‐ after 4 weeks of intervention SECONDARY OUTCOME: Ravens progressive matricesTimepoint: Pre assessments‐ day 0 before giving the intervention ; Post assessments‐ after 4 weeks of intervention ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Participants from the age of 12 years to 14 years and of both the gender will be included.
