Increased survival has transformed the reality of people living with HIV, allowing them to live longer and better. However, with this new condition, new paradigms are being faced. Among them, it should be noted that people living with HIV are twice as likely to develop cardiovascular disease when compared to the general population. In this sense, this thesis had the objective of construct and validate an educational material, in digital format, with guidelines on the reduction of cardiovascular risk in people living with HIV. For this, a methodological study was carried out based on the theory of evaluation research, of the type of analysis of results, which involves technological production, having occurred in four phases. The script was organized in the analysis and planning, and later the content was raised. In the modeling the material was constructed and, after this stage, the editing, the layout and the edition of images and videos were carried out. In the implementation was made the final construction of the e-book and the same was made available for download. Then, in the last phase, the final product was evaluated by experts. To this end, 36 experts from the health and information technology areas were selected after a systematized search on the Lattes platform. The final sample was composed by those who showed interest in participating, completed the analysis in a timely manner and reached the minimum score of four points in the Fehring criteria. Finally, the Content Validity Index (IVC) was applied by item and global to evaluate the agreement between the specialists. The project was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of the Nursing School of Ribeirão Preto. The final sample consisted of 21 specialists, with a mean Fehring score of 12.76 points. Of these, 52.4% were female, with a mean age of 36.1 years, and 81% were masters or doctors. According to the global IVC analysis, a concordance of 80.5% was observed. And in the item analysis, health specialists reached 86.6% in the overall impression, 96.8% in the objective, 92.0% in content, 90.4% in relevance, 88.7% in verbal language and 92.3% in the inclusion of topics. Regarding the analysis performed by the specialists in information technology, a concordance of 95.0% with respect to the quality of the interface and of 86.0% with respect to aesthetics and audiovisual was identified. In order to meet the criticisms and / or suggestions of the specialists, we worked on creating new images, updating the Guidelines for Hypertension and Dyslipidemia, recording new videos and using new colors in the layout. According to the assessment of agreement among health and information technology specialists, the material proved to be valid for use by people living with HIV, in order to know their cardiovascular risk and to know the strategies that may help in the adoption of life habits that help in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. In addition, the material is available for free download on Apple books® and Google play® and can reach widely people living with HIV in Brazil
