To compare the effectiveness of set of utkleshana, doshahara and samshamana niruha against erandamuladi niruha given in specific order in radiating pain from low back to legs

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M00‐M99‐ Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue PRIMARY OUTCOME: VAS scale for pain. ; SLR test. ; Subjective parameters for gÅ?idhrasi. ; Sciatica bothersomeness index. ; Sciatica frequency index.Timepoint: 0th, 9th, and 16th days. SECONDARY OUTCOME: VAS scale for pain. ; Subjective parameters of Gridhrasi. ; Samyak niruha lakshana. ; Event evaluation scaleTimepoint: after each niruha in both groups INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1 Participants satisfying diagnostic criteria. 2 Sciatica symptoms must be present for a minimum of 7 days before the screening visit. 3 Participants arha for yoga‐vasti. 4 Participants willing to give informed consent.
