INTERVENTION: Medical Device : The intervention in this study utilizes a wearable hip‐assist robot for walking assistance. Following the optimization of customized assistance profiles aimed at increasing step length, participants will perform a 2‐minute walk test and a dual‐task walk test in a randomized order under three conditions: 1) no robot, 2) wearing the robot with zero assistance, and 3) wearing the robot with optimized assistance. Through these procedures, we will evaluate usability and verify the effects of the intervention. CONDITION: Diseases of the nervous system PRIMARY OUTCOME: Usability test SECONDARY OUTCOME: Duration and frequency of freezing of gait Gait parameters (speed, step length, cadence, gait stability, etc.) INCLUSION CRITERIA: (i) age = 19 years, clinical diagnosis of idiopathic PD according to the UK Parkinson’s disease Society Brain Bank Diagnostic Criteria (ii) modified Hoehn and Yahr stage 2.5 to 4 (iii) the ability to walk independently on level ground without assistive devices (iv) the presence of gait abnormalities, such as shortened stride length, shuffling gait, or freezing of gait.
