INTERVENTION: lidocaine infusion magnesium sulphate infusion CONDITION: ; Anaesthesia Anaesthesia PRIMARY OUTCOME: minimum alveolar concentration reduction SECONDARY OUTCOME: HR, MABP, Spo2, end tidal Co2 , bispectral index richmond agitation sedation scale total muscle relaxant dose, recovery time VAS score INCLUSION CRITERIA: adults both sex ASA I or II aging 18‐65 years undergoing supra tenttorial brain tumor surgery in mansoura university hospitals.
