INTERVENTION: 1:Shanggan granules (Temparature between 37.2 39.0 degree: 1 piece Po. Bid; T >=39.0: give one more piece) + placebo for Bufferin Cold tablets (Day: 1 tablet Po. Bid; Night: 1 tablet Po. Qn. Medication interval > 6 hours);2:Low‐dosage Shanggan granules (Temparature between 37.2 to 39.0 degree: 1 piece Po. Bid; T >=39.0: give one more piece) + placebo for Bufferin Cold tablets (Day: 1 tablet Po. Bid; Night: 1 tablet Po. Qn. Medication interval > 6 hours);3:Bufferin Cold tablets (Day: 1 tablet Po. Bid; Night: 1 tablet Po. Qn. Medication interval > 6 hours) + Low‐dosage Shanggan granules (Temparature between 37.2 and 39.0 degree C: 1 piece Po. Bid; T >=39.0: give one more piece); CONDITION: viral upper respiratory tract infection PRIMARY OUTCOME: Body temperature, clinical symptoms, physical sign; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. With the diagnosis criteria of fever caused by viral upper respiratory tract infection and exogenous high fever; 2. Aged between 18 and 70 years old; 3. Acute onset of disease and duration of disease within 48 hours; 4. Temperature>=38.0 degree C; 5. WBC between 10.00*10^9/L to 3.5*10^9/L and neutrophil count <=85%; 6. Sign the informed consents based on the guideline of GCP.
