Meta Analysis of Effect of Ear Crypt on Intervention of Light and moderate Primary Hypertension

Objective: Evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety differences between ear crust and western medicine in regulation of light and moderate primary hypertension using Meta analysis system. Method to comprehensively retrieve the literature of randomized controlled trials for the treatment of light and moderate primary hypertension, select qualified research and perform quality evaluation, and use RevMan5.3 software for Meta analysis. The results were included in 14 RCT literature, with a total of 1683 patients, but their methodological quality was generally modest. Meta analysis results, ① Bamper Efficacy: Comparison of single-use aural pressure and single-use Western medicine, the difference between two groups of buck efficacy is not statistically significant; comparison of aural pressure + Western medicine to single-use Western medicine, ear crypt pressure + Western medicine group is significantly better than single-use Western medicine group; ② Symptom efficacy: ear pressure + Western medicine is better than single-use Western medicine, included in the trial No adverse reaction reported. Conclusion Crypt pressure treatment of light and moderate primary hypertension is safe and effective.
