INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M109‐ Gout, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: Reduction In Pain Intensity ; Reduction In Joint Swelling and Tenderness. ; Reduction in Serum uric acid value.Timepoint: Reduction In Pain Intensity ; Reduction In Joint Swelling and Tenderness. ; Reduction in Serum uric acid value. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Reduction in frequency of acute gout attacks ; Reduction in need of analgesic intake.Timepoint: The assessment will be done 3 times at an interval of 15 days till 45 days during the treatment INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients having symptoms of Vatarakta were taken as subject. Patients willing for participating in the project. Patients of both sexes and of any caste, occupation, and socio‐economic status.
