Use of Methylene Blue dye will aid in identification and also reduce duration of procedure. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: E042‐ Nontoxic multinodular goiter Health Condition 2: E052‐ Thyrotoxicosis with toxic multinodular goiter Health Condition 3: E051‐ Thyrotoxicosis with toxic single thyroid nodule PRIMARY OUTCOME: Use of Methylene Blue Dye offers better outcome for identification as well as preservation of Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve and Parathyroid Glands during Thyroid SurgeryTimepoint: This outcome will be assessed at baseline , at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks SECONDARY OUTCOME: Use of Methylene Blue Dye offers reduced duration of procedure as compared to conventional Technique.Timepoint: This will be assessed at baseline , 4 weeks ,8 weeks & 12 weeks INCLUSION CRITERIA: Age more than 18 years Primary [Non Recurrent] Thyroid Pathology Euthyroid Status [Normal T3,T4,TSH] Normal Serum Calcium Normal Cord Mobility Patient fit for general anesthesia.
