Randomized controlled study of “ Bu Zhong Yi Qi” Electrothermal acupuncture intervention on fatigue after novel coronavirus infection

INTERVENTION: Treatment group:Electrothermal acupuncture ;Control group:Sham acupuncture; CONDITION: fatigue after novel coronavirus infection PRIMARY OUTCOME: Fatigue Severity Scale; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Multidimensional Fatigue Symptom Inventory;Hand grip strength; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) The novel coronavirus (COVID‐19) nucleic acid or antigen test positive, fatigue lasting 4 to 12 weeks; (2) There were two consecutive negative PCR tests, at least one day apart; (3) Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS)>36 (4) Age range from 18 to 65 years old; (5) Informed consent, and voluntarily sign the informed consent; (6) no previous history of electroacupuncture;
