A Randomized Controlled of Tiaozhi Huaban Granules for Subclinical Atherosclerosis

INTERVENTION: Experimental group:Tiaozhi Huaban granules+atorvastatin calcium tablets;Control group:atorvastatin calcium tablets; CONDITION: Subclinical Atherosclerosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: carotid intima‐media thickness (IMT);carotid plaque area; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Pittsburgh sleep quality score(PSQI);blood lipid level;coagulation function;Hs‐CRP;cytokines;Chinese medicine evidence score; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. 35‐65 years old, regardless of gender. 2. Carotid artery ultrasound showed that intima‐media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery was greater than that of 1.0mm or was diagnosed as carotid plaque. 3. It accords with the syndrome standard of yang deficiency and blood stasis, spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction in TCM. 4. Willing to take traditional Chinese medicine for a long time and sign the informed consent form.
