INTERVENTION: Dietary supplement Dietary Supplements The research was a clinical trial, randomized, crossover, double‐blind and controlled placebo, with the participation of 10 healthy female volunteers, aged between 18 and 35 years old. The research evaluated the degree of hunger, satiety, appetite, nausea and hormonal markers regulating appetite in the blood before and after eating whey protein or hydrolyzed collagen. The volunteers participated in two groups, with a week between tests: ‐ Whey Protein Group (GW): n = 10 participants who received a sachet containing 40g of concentrated whey protein (containing 160kcal, 25g of protein, 10g of carbohydrates and 2.3g of lipids, diluted in 200ml of filtered water with 50ml of juice passion fruit concentrate ‐ Collagen Group (GC): n = 10 participants who received 1 sachet of hydrolyzed collagen totaling 40.3g (26g of protein, 10g of natural flavored maltodextrin, 2.3g of refined oil, 2g of vanilla flavoring and 0.001g of sucralose , diluted in 200 ml of filtered water with 50 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice.
