A Randomized Controlled Trial for Comparing Patient's Satisfaction of Transradial and Transfemoral Access in Patients undergoing Transarterial Chemoembolization of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

INTERVENTION: Group 2:Transfemoral access for TACE;Group 1:Transradial Access for TACE; CONDITION: Liver Cancer PRIMARY OUTCOME: Preference for next TACE; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Quality of life (SF‐8);Variables during operation;Puncture point ralated complications;Length of stay;Cost; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Aged 18 to 75 year male and female; 2. Patients with HCC who meet EASL/AALSD criteria or The Standard of Diagnosis and Treatment of primary liver cancer (version 2017); 3. Transarterial Chemoembolization (TACE) for the first time; 4. Normal Barbeau Tests; 5. Radial artery (US) = 2mm; 6. Patients and / or family members agree to participate in clinical trials and sign informed consent.
