INTERVENTION: Two groups:usual antenatal care and antenatal exercise intervention versus Usual antenatal care; CONDITION: lumbopelvic pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: the prevalence of LPP;functional disability of LPP; SECONDARY OUTCOME: physical activity level;risk of antenatal depression; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. healthy Hong Kong Chinese pregnant women; 2. aged 18–45 years; 3. from 13th to 24th weeks gestation; 4. who can read, write, and speak Chinese; 5. who possess a smartphone.
