Intervention with Lactobacillus paracase on children with obesity: a randomized double-blind clinical study

INTERVENTION: Intervention group :Probiotics powder ;Control group :Use a probiotic powder placebo ; CONDITION: Obesity PRIMARY OUTCOME: Compliance;Diet and exercise;physique;Fasting blood glucose;Fasting insulin;Liver and kidney function;routine blood test;Routine urine test;Fecal routine;Dual‐energy X‐ray body fat detection;Body composition;Abdominal ultrasound; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Inclusion criteria (all items below must be met) (1) Age 6‐18, male and female; (2) BMI= P85 of children of the same age and sex, namely BMI Z score=1.04; (3) had not received obesity‐related drug therapy or surgical treatment; (4) The subject and guardian are willing and able to cooperate in completing scheduled test procedures such as visits, treatment plans and laboratory examinations, and sign written informed consent.
