Clinical efficacy of far-infrared tendon-soothing and blood-activating plaster in treating neck and shoulder pain

INTERVENTION: Treatment group:Acupuncture combined with TDP and far‐infrared tendon‐soothing and blood‐activating plaster for treatment;Control group:Acupuncture combined with TDP; CONDITION: neck and shoulder pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: VAS;NDI; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Age 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender. (2) Clearly diagnosed with neck and shoulder pain, accompanied by symptoms such as pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion in the neck and shoulder area. (3) Informed consent to this study, voluntarily agree to participate and sign the informed consent form. (4) No use of other pain treatment medications or physical therapy methods within 24 hours prior to treatment. Volunteers who meet the above criteria and have read and signed the informed consent form may be included.
