A Randomized Controlled Trial for Qing Jin Yi Qi granule in the treatment of Convalescence Patients of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(COVID-19)

INTERVENTION: treatment group:Qingjin Yiqi granule + comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine;Control group:comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; CONDITION: Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (COVID‐19) PRIMARY OUTCOME: Visual analogue scale for cough;modified Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale (MMRC);Borg perceived fatigue scale; SECONDARY OUTCOME: TCM syndrome score;Depression Scale (PHQ‐9), anxiety scale (GAD‐7);Blood oxygen saturation;6 minutes walking distance;Chest CT;Immune inflammation index; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria of COVID‐19(Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of coronavirus disease 2020(trial version eighth))Patients who met the discharge standard and had negative neocoronavirus nucleic acid detection after discharge 2) Aged 18‐75 years; 3) Having clinical manifestations of respiratory symptoms or fatigue; 4) Patient informed consent.
