INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M750‐ Adhesive capsulitis of shoulder PRIMARY OUTCOME: Improvement in Goniometer gradingTimepoint: 21 days SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1) To study the Avbahuka and frozen shoulder in both ayurveda and modern context . ; 2) To study efficacy of Jambeera pinda sweda in management of Avabahuka. ; 3) To study efficacy of Nasya in Avabahuka. ; Timepoint: 21 days INCLUSION CRITERIA: a. Age 20 to 60 years, of either sex. b. Patients with classic feature of Avabahuka. c. Patients willing to undergo clinical trial.
