Effect of e-learning self-care on self concept of adolescents with diabetes referred to the Iranian Diabetes Society in 1390

INTERVENTION: Control group received routine education according to Diabetes Association program for 15‐hours experience group also received routine education and e‐learning self care education that designed by researcher for 4 weeks and after 4 week self concept questionnaire were completed. Intervention 1: experience group also received routine education and e‐learning self care education that designed by researcher for 4 weeks and after 4 week self concept questionnaire were completed. Intervention 2: Control group received routine education according to Diabetes Association program for 15‐hours. CONDITION: Diabetes type 1. ; Insulin‐dependent diabetes mellitus Insulin‐dependent diabetes mellitus PRIMARY OUTCOME: Self concept:Imagine a person with his own deliberate. Timepoint: before and 4 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: piers hariss questionnaire. INCLUSION CRITERIA: INCLUSION CRITERIA: They have no other chronic illness such as asthma; epilepsy; mental retardation; severe mental disorders; learning and memory disorders; and any disorders that interfere with patient cooperation; Adolescents not participate in similar research; Have minimum education level of reading and writing; Have definite diagnosis of diabetes and at least six months history of diagnosis; Have 11‐19 years old; accessible to CD or DVD player and how to use it by the individual or family is possible; Accept their disease and not deny it. Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participation in intervention research; Changes in the course of the disease condition (hospitalization).
