A Study to Evaluate the Effects of a Beef Liver Supplement on Energy, Mood, and Mental Clarity

This is a randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluating the effects of the Ancestral Supplements Grass Fed Beef Liver oral supplement on energy, mood, and mental clarity over 12 weeks. One hundred male and female participants aged 18-50 who report concerns regarding energy levels, mood, and mental clarity will be enrolled and randomized equally into an intervention arm (beef liver supplement) or a placebo arm. Participants will take their assigned product once daily and complete self-reported questionnaires at Baseline, Week 4, Week 8, and Week 12. Blood testing (iron panel) will be conducted at Baseline and Week 12 at a local Quest Diagnostics Clinic. The primary objective is to evaluate the product\'s effects on energy and mood; the secondary objective is to assess participants\' perceptions of the product\'s effects on energy, mood, and mental clarity, including happiness, anxiety, well-being, brain fog, and concentration.
