INTERVENTION: E06.892 Twenty patients will be involved in this study, who will undergo extraction of the 4 third molars that will be treated as follows in a split mouth model: Upper molars: Test side will be treated filled with PRF membrane while the control side will be maintained with blood clot. Lower molars: Test side will be treated for irradiation with low intensity laser with double wavelength (660 nm red laser and 808 nm infrared laser) while the control side will not be irradiated. The selection of the sides that will receive the treatments will occur at random. CONDITION: A14.549.167.860.525.500 Third molar included PRIMARY OUTCOME: Bone formation in the post‐extraction sockets that will be assessed by tomographic analysis. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Healing, pain, and edema that will be assessed by clinical analyses. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients older than 18 years of age; presence of good oral hygiene (plaque index <20%); presence of the four third molars; and indication for dental extraction of all third molars
