INTERVENTION: Experimental group:Alternating intervention of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with upper‐limb robot‐assisted muscle electrical stimulation and virtual reality training;Control group:Regular rehab treatment; CONDITION: Post‐stroke hemiplegia with upper‐limb motor impairment. PRIMARY OUTCOME: Fugl‐Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Upper‐limb rehabilitation robot trajectory and kinetic parameters;Muscle synergy VAF;Brain functional connectivity; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Age 18–80 years. 2.Patients with a first‐ever, single‐lesion cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction. 3.Disease duration of 1–12 months. 4.Presence of upper‐limb motor dysfunction, with Brunnstrom stage of the upper limb = II. 5.Remaining hospitalization duration sufficient to complete the study procedures, with the ability to complete at least 12 days of the study protocol.
