To Evaluate the Efficacy of Eladi Kashaya by oral route in the management of Raktapradar

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Eladi Kashaya: Oral drug therapy Intervention2: Eladi Kashaya: Reference Harita samhita, adhobhakta kaal, 40ml bid for 2 months, Anupan sharkara Control Intervention1: Pardarantak ras: Reference Bhaishajya ratnavali, Adhobhakta kaal, 125mg bid for 2 months, Anupan jal. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: N939‐ Abnormal uterine and vaginal bleeding, unspecified Health Condition 2: Z00‐Z13‐ Persons encountering health services for examinations PRIMARY OUTCOME: To decrease the increased amount and duration of bleeding. ; To decrease the other symptoms like ; Aadhoudarshool, ; Katishool ; Angamarda ; Timepoint: 90 days ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1.To compare the efficacy of eladi kashaya and pradarantak ras in the management of Raktapradar( Abnormal uterine bleeding) ; 2. To study the details of raktapradar according to Ayurveda ; 3. To study the details of abnormal uterine bleeding according to modern.Timepoint: 90 Days INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patient having symptoms of raktapradar, Patient with intermenstrual bleeding, HB percentage of 8 gram percent and above
