INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Orotracheal Intubation using Tuoren Videolaryngoscope: To determine the incidence of haemodynamic changes i.e changes in Mean Arterial Pressure,Heart Rate at 1 minute, 3 minute,5 minute after orotracheal intubation with Tuoren Videolaryngoscope in controlled hypertensive patients . Total intubation time will be noted Control Intervention1: Orotracheal Intubation using Macintosh direct laryngoscope: To determine the incidence of haemodynamic changes i.e changes in Mean Arterial Pressure,Heart Rate at 1 minute, 3 minute,5 minute after orotracheal intubation with Macintosh direct laryngoscope in controlled hypertensive patients. Total intubation time will be noted CONDITION: Health Condition 1: ‐ Health Condition 2: I10‐ Essential (primary) hypertension Health Condition 3: O‐ Medical and Surgical PRIMARY OUTCOME: Changes in Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) at 1 min after intubationTimepoint: Changes in Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) at 1 min after intubation SECONDARY OUTCOME: Changes inthe heart rate (HR) at 1minute, 3 minute and 5 minute time points. Additionally, the ease of intubation in terms of total intubation time, number of attempts will be observed.Timepoint: 1 minute, 3 minute, 5 minute after successful intubation INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. ASA physical status : 1 and 2 2. Aged between 18 â?? 65 years of either sexes. 3. Patients receiving antihypertensive medication except beta blocker will be included 4. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
