Transareolar single-port endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy with a flexible endoscope for primary palmar hyperhidrosis: a randomized controlled trial.

INTERVENTION: Group 1:transareolar single‐port endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy with a flexible endoscope;Group2:traditional transaxillary single‐port; CONDITION: Primary palmar hyperhidrosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: postoperative pain score;Cosmetic results;resolution of symptoms;Postoperative complications; SECONDARY OUTCOME: incision length;Satisfaction; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Aged 16 to 50 years; 2. Male patients with severe palmar hyperhidrosis that significantly affects their daily life; 3. Absence of history of thoracic surgery and severe chest wall deformity; 4. No contraindication for anaesthetic procedure with single‐lumen endotracheal intubation.
