The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between religiosity and death anxiety levels of people living in the Covid-19 Pandemic period in 2020. The study sample of the study, in which the descriptive screening model was used, consists of 660 people, of which 319 are women and 341 are men. In the research, personal information form, Religious Orientation Self-Recognition Inventory and Death Anxiety Scale were used as data collection tools. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS for Windows 22.0 statistical software. To analyze the data and test the hypothesis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson Product-Moments Correlation analysis and Simple Linear Regression analysis were applied to the data set. The results of the analysis revealed the existence of statistically significant relationships between the variables of gender, age and marital status status of the sample and the variable of religiousness and death anxiety. It was determined that the variable of socio-economic level did not have a significant relationship with either religiousness or death anxiety. The findings of the study confirmed the basic hypothesis of the study that individuals living in the Covid-19 Pandemic period “have a negative meaningful relationship between religiousness and death anxiety levels”.
