INTERVENTION: Application of laser photobiomodulation after single visit endodontic treatment in primary tooth to assess post operative pain Experimental Radiation laser photobiomodulation CONDITION: pain after pulpectomy ; pulpectomy, photobiomodulation pulpectomy, photobiomodulation PRIMARY OUTCOME: visual analogue scale 12 months Mann‐Whitney U test SECONDARY OUTCOME: pain 12 months matric INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients who assent to participate in the study voluntarily (children whose parents consent for their participation) 2. Patients of the age group between 6 to 9 years 3. Children, those who are not on any medication. 4. Teeth with 2/3rd of the root length present. 5. Teeth with irreversible pulpitis, with absence of swelling and periapical abscess. 6. Absence of pathologic and physiologic mobility. 7. Restorable teeth structure. 8. Absence of radiographic evidence of internal root resorption, pulpal calcification, or osseous disease.
