Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study of Adipose Mesenchymal Stem Cells (ADSCs) Rich Nanofat Injection for treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Disease (TMD)

INTERVENTION: Sodium hyaluronate injection into the supra‐articular space:Articular cavity injection HA;Supra‐articular chamber injection of ADSCs nanofat:Articular cavity fat injection; CONDITION: Temporomandibular Disorders PRIMARY OUTCOME: Opening degree;MRI Imaging;Pain relief situation; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients diagnosed with TMD according to the diagnostic criteria of RDC/TMD with the following criteria: having impaired motion or pain in the mandibular joint with a VAS value of >4; having a history of significant painful elastic murmur in the joint area; having a history of pain with joint disc displacement and pain without joint disc displacement; the patient is in good general condition without systemic diseases such as rheumatism; being able to cooperate with the examination and taking a complete medical history; MRI showing normal or abnormal joint disc position and structure.
